Damaged Cargo

If the parcel contains Damaged cargo, the Tech.store employee is obligated to:

  2. Send these photos to SML, along with a comment about the damage of the parcel;
  3. Wait for the manager's decision on whether to send or dispose of the parcel.

Subsequently, the manager contacts the parcel recipient via the call center to determine whether the parcel should be sent or discarded. Based on the recipient’s response, the manager can update the parcel’s status.

As a result of this communication, the following options are possible for the parcel:

  1. If the parcel needs to be shipped, the manager changes its status to Invoice Incomplete. A Tech.store employee then proceeds to declare the contents of the parcel.
  2. If the parcel needs to be disposed of, it will be assigned the Disposal status on the 31st day. A Tech.store employee must then close the process and transfer the parcel for disposal. After that, the parcel will be disposed of.
